Keep expanding your circle

To ensure that you keep your momentum going, you want to be sure that your experiences are with those people who are positive and motivating to you. Be sure to take advantage of all forms of communication to stay in touch with those people who are in your circle. This can be as simple as chatting through IM, smartphone chat apps or even social media. As much as possible avoid those negative people who do not have much to offer in the way of motivating you.

Be ready to learn at all times

It is very important to learn new things and your new-found knowledge will be an improvement in your self-confidence. As your confidence builds in your ability to complete the tasks you are assigned, the more you will likely you will impress the people around you, including your supervisors.

Strive to find the good in all situations

Challenges in your life are unavoidable, however, the more you look for the positives in your struggles, the better you will become at solving problems. This will help you to be able to work your way through future problems a lot quicker. This will also likely impress those people around you.

Stop overthinking

Sometimes it is best to take a step back from a task if you are running into problems and are not able to work through them. It might be helpful to switch your focus to something else and use that to build momentum that will help to give you that needed boost to get back to the original task.
